2018 Girls Fast Pitch – North State Tournament Online Registration

Registration is now open for the 2018 Girls Fastpitch State Tournaments! The 2018 State Tournaments will be held at two different locations (North in St. Cloud and South in Austin) to cut down on travel. North State Tournaments will be held on one day, with 12’s and 18’s competing on Saturday, and 14’s and 16’s competing on Sunday. South State Tournament will be two days. Please note that certain classes may be combined for pool play and then re-split for bracket play if sufficient numbers exist.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES ARE DIFFERENT FOR BOTH SITES! The deadline for the North tournament is Friday, June 29th, and the deadline for the South Tournament is Friday, July 20th.

If you wish to register for both tournaments, please complete the registration below for the North tournament, then go to to register for the South tournament. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION FOR BOTH TOURNAMENTS USING THE FORM BELOW!!

If you wish to register via regular mail, please download the paper copy of the registration form (found here:  ) and return, with payment, to the MSF Offices (118 12th Ave N, South St. Paul, MN 55075).

Entry Fee:  $200 (includes $15.00 team membership). Please note there is also a $100.00 team gate fee in St. Cloud as well. Checks should be made payable to St. Cloud Fastpitch, and should be presented at tournament check-in.

Entry Deadline:  Friday, June 29, 2018.

Eligibility:  All girls fastpitch teams in Minnesota regardless of affiliation.

Playing Rules:  Minnesota NSF*MGFA playing rules apply (based on High School Federation rules).

Structure:  Three Games Guaranteed. If insufficient numbers exist, classes may be combined for pool play and then re-split for bracket play if entries warrant.

Roster Limit:  20 players – Three pickup players are allowed from within your league and in the same class or below. If player plays on multiple teams for pickup purposes, they assume the class of the highest class they play on. Only one of the pickup players may pitch in the tournament.

Game Balls:  Starr Optic Yellow 120 Red Stitch Cork Ball will be used.

Game Officials:  NSF*MGFA registered/certified officials will be used for all games, with two officials used on final four games in bracket play.

Awards:  Champion team banner, champion and finalist team plaque and medals for 1st and 2nd (4-7 teams). 1st, 2nd & 3rd (8-15 teams) and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th (16+ teams).
