In the description field, please include the softball community (or communities) you primarily work in and your years of service as an NSF-MSF Umpire.
NOTE: If you are planning to provide proof of insurance for your discounted membership fee, please submit a copy of the information to the MSF Offices or to staff@msf1.org, and you will be reimbursed accordingly.
