Below is the online tournament entry for the 2018 Class B Men’s Fastpitch State Tournament.

STOP!! IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN THE CLASS C OR D MEN’S FASTPITCH STATE TOURNAMENT, YOU MUST BE ENTERED INTO THOSE TOURNAMENTS BY YOUR LEAGUE DIRECTOR. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLAYING.

In the description field, please include your team name and the class you are entering, along with your manager’s name, email, and phone number if they are not the person completing registration (there will be enough space).
